R.E.Y. provided a full range of project management and civil design services for this project to evaluate and design pavement rehabilitation in the RC02 neighborhood of Rancho Cordova.  The project involved 11 miles of pavement rehabilitation, the installation/replacement of 88 curb ramps and the removal and replacement of 66 storm drain inlets and leads.  All of the roadways were evaluated for appropriate pavement treatments and ADA compliance.  R.E.Y.’s careful selection and design of cost-effective rehabilitation techniques reduced the number of construction phases from three to two, and both phases were delivered ahead of schedule.
