R.E.Y. provided professional civil engineering services for this locally-funded water distribution rehabilitation project for the City of Lincoln, CA.  The project consisted of replacing the existing 4” and 6” waterlines with 8” or larger waterline and replacing water service laterals, meters, meter boxes, and hydrants along O Street from just north of First Street to Third Street, Third Street from O Street to L Street, and L Street from Third Street to just north of First Street.  The existing 4” and 6” waterlines were abandoned in-place and replaced with a 10” waterline in Third Street, 8” waterline in L Street, and 10” waterline in O Street.  The new waterlines were strategically placed within the roadway to allow space for the future installation of other utilities.
