Ron Monsour, PLS, is a California licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 35 years of field and office experience in delivering survey projects for both public and private infrastructure.  Ron is Principal Manager for R.E.Y.’s PG&E contractor surveying services. He has extensive experience with boundary determination, right-of-way determination, legal descriptions, record of surveys, and gas pipeline and electric infrastructure topographic surveys. He has been with R.E.Y. since 2007.
