R.E.Y.’s Human Resources Manager, Erica White, manages the execution of R.E.Y.’s mission and core values. She is responsible for recruiting, benefit administration, health and safety development, compliance management, and R.E.Y.’s employee engagement activities. She is an Army veteran, having served 10 years in the Army Reserve with one year in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom.  She has been with R.E.Y. since 2020.
