Carlye Buchholz, PE, PLS, is a California registered Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor with over 10 years of civil engineering and surveying experience specializing in roadway retrofit and rehabilitation, water and storm drain design, land rights, and mobile and terrestrial LiDAR technologies.  Her experience includes survey and mapping, design, and construction management for public projects.  Being involved in multiple aspects of projects gives her insight into the mechanics of projects and allows her to streamline practices.  She has been with R.E.Y. since 2013.
