Carl C.de Baca, PLS, is a California and Nevada licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of land surveying experience, including 25 years managing large control and mapping projects. His expertise in boundary resolution and large-scale control surveys, both conventional and GPS, was developed while acting as survey project manager on a series of high-profile projects throughout California and Northern Nevada. These projects include construction surveying for the China Lake Naval Weapons Center in Southeastern California, one of the largest geothermal electrical generation plants in the Western United States, and mapping well-known developments, such as Del Webb’s Sun City in Roseville.  He has been with R.E.Y. since 2019.
