As Land Survey Division Manager, Brian Thionnet is responsible for the management and operation of all land survey work and also serves as primary project surveyor on both public and private projects. With over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he possesses a unique insight into the needs, requirements and priorities of both oversight agencies and developers, enabling him to provide balanced solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders. He also initiates and manages the firm’s photogrammetric mapping projects.  He has been with R.E.Y. since 1995.
