Working in conjunction with another local engineering firm, R.E.Y. Engineers provided a full scope of engineering and surveying services for the creation of Blackstone in El Dorado Hills. R.E.Y. planned, managed, and designed major roadways and infrastructure, while the other engineering firm provided the design of each private “village” in Blackstone.

R.E.Y. deliverables included site layouts, tentative maps, Facility Plan Reports, master plans, drainage studies, preliminary and final grading plans, drainage and utility plans, erosion control plans, cost estimates, specifications, and assisting the developer in obtaining the necessary approvals and permits for construction.
