R.E.Y. provided full-service civil site design and engineering services for a new 125,000 square foot Target store, parking area and three adjacent office/commercial buildings located on 14.5 acres in El Dorado Hills’ Town Center development. R.E.Y. coordinated directly with Target officials on behalf of the client during the approval and construction stages.  R.E.Y. delivered the design under an accelerated schedule, assisting the client in meeting their contract obligations with Target Corporation.
