As part of two separate Grant Writing Services contracts with the City of Stockton, R.E.Y. provided a variety of grant writing and funding support services to assist the City in funding their priority transporation projects.  R.E.Y. provided complete grant application preparation services for multiple projects for the California Transporation Commission’s (CTC’s) Active Transporation Program (ATP) Cycles 3 and 4, Caltrans’ Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 9, and San Joaquin Council of Government’s (SJCOG’s) Carbon Reduction Program (CRP)/Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) 2023.
