R.E.Y. assisted the City of Sonora with the preparation and submittal of an Active Transportation Program Cycle 7 grant application for the Sonora Moves – Downtown Plaza and Regional Connectivity project.  The project will provide continuous, ADA-compliant bicycle and pedestrian passage to/from public parking lots to the newly constructed transit hub in historic downtown Sonora.  R.E.Y. scoped the project from concept through construction to prepare the multitude of maps, cost estimates, exhibits, narratives, safety data, and letters of support required by the California Transportation Commission (CTC) to complete the application in just eight weeks.
