R.E.Y. Engineers provided a variety of civil engineering and land surveying services for this 25-acre development consisting of 49 half-acre lots. As part of this project, R.E.Y. land surveying staff verified the previous engineer’s aerial topography and found the topography was “tilted.”  This would have resulted in large earthwork discrepancies.  R.E.Y. rectified the topography and was able to complete the project with a perfect earthwork balance.  The project was completed with only two client requested change orders and no construction related conflicts.
