    • Since 2002, R.E.Y. Engineers has managed the development of the 4,000-acre, 4,200-unit Serrano Specific Plan Development. Working in conjunction with Serrano Associates, R.E.Y. provided tentative maps, facility plan reports, master plans, site layouts, preliminary and final grading plans, drainage and utility plans, erosion control plans, drainage reports, cost estimates, specifications, dry utility coordination, and the coordination of the multi-discipline delivery team.

    R.E.Y. assisted in obtaining all necessary approvals and permits for construction, as well as construction management for Mello Roos-funded infrastructures throughout the project.
