R.E.Y. is providing a full range of project management, civil design, and land surveying services for this 365-acre, 365-home development off of State Route (SR) 49 in Plymouth, CA. Responsibilities include client relations, project management, preparation of the tentative map exhibits, design and preparation of the preliminary grading, drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer plans and studies. R.E.Y. also provided project management, civil design and processing of the Caltrans Encroachment Permit for a new intersection at SR 49, as well as the design of four roundabouts within the community.
