R.E.Y. provided a full range of project management, civil design, and land surveying services for this project to improve Maple Street and four alleys. The project removed and replaced pavement, replaced over 1,000 feet of storm drain, installed additional storm drain inlets, and installed standardized ADA curb ramps. In addition, the project resolved localized flooding issues on four alleys by providing positive drainage away from structures. R.E.Y. also provided pre-bid contractor outreach, resulting in four competitive bids, all less than the engineer’s estimate.
