R.E.Y. provided full-service civil site design and engineering services for the expansion of the existing commercial facility on Rossmore Lane in El Dorado Hills. The expansion included parking lot expansion, additional drainage facilities, and driveway access to the adjacent roadway, including roadway tapers. R.E.Y. prepared the design documents and processed approval through El Dorado County Department of Transportation. R.E.Y. also prepared all SWPPP documents and permits
