Principal and Bay Area Regional Operations Manager

As Bay Area Regional Operations Manager, Michael Shoup oversees all work in R.E.Y.’s Bay Area offices in Pleasanton, Oakland and Palo Alto. Mike’s active involvement in all phases of both public (transportation and utility) and land development (residential and commercial) projects has allowed him to leverage the strengths of his staff to meet the needs of projects throughout the Bay Area and Northern California for over 25 years. Prior to joining R.E.Y., he served as a consultant, managing dozens of multi-year on-call contracts, and as an employee of the Valley Transportation Authority, where he managed internal and consultant staff, aiding in the design and construction of numerous transportation and facility projects.  He has been with R.E.Y. since 2014.
