R.E.Y. Engineers served as subdivision and assessment district engineers for this 400 acre development. The design and preparation of construction documents for the $17.8 million subdivision improvements included roadways, sewer, water, water transmission mains, storm drain and storm drain detention basins. R.E.Y. Engineers was also responsible for the preparation of final maps and the Assessment District Engineer's Report for the original subdivision and several of the subsequent unit developments.
