This beautiful 3,500 acre gated golf course community was named the Master-Planned Community of the Year in 1997 & 1998 by the Building Industry Association of Superior California and is centered around an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. R.E.Y. Engineers was responsible for the design of over 2,500 residential units located in 12 different villages throughout the Serrano development. R.E.Y. prepared water, reclaimed water, storm drain and sewer studies for the pertinent villages as well as bid documents for major public roads. R.E.Y. Engineers prepared the required construction documents, including: Grading Plans, Improvement Plans, Development Plans, and Plot Plans. Design aspects included water and reclaimed water design with multiple pressure zones requiring pressure booster stations and pressure reducing valves, water and reclaimed water transmission mains, gravity sewer, sewer force mains, sewer trunk mains, storm drain, miles of residential streets and major roads. In addition, our survey department handled all the construction staking, mapping and legal descriptions.
