Located next to Folsom Lake, this 38 lot custom subdivision was designed to preserve the natural beauty and rural feel of the site. Special attention was exercised during the planning stage to preserve hundreds of century old oaks, granite rock outcroppings and natural hillsides. Engineering aspects of note included a water booster station, frontage improvements, detailed grading to preserve oak trees and the design of a two tier sound wall/retaining wall along the street frontage. R.E.Y. Engineers prepared construction documents to include: grading plans, improvement plans and plot plans. Our survey department handled all construction staking, mapping and legal descriptions.
