Located in the Sierra foothills with beautiful views of Folsom Lake, this 153 acre project required a special engineering touch due to the exceptionally steep terrain and the requirement for permanent conservation easements on most of the residential lots to preserve the aesthetic beauty of the area. Grading for this custom 136 lot subdivision included single level pads, split level pads as well as some no-grade lots and required almost five hundred thousand yards of excavation. More than 3 acres of single tier, double tier and triple tier rockery walls were used to provide spectacular views and preserve native oak woodlands. R.E.Y. Engineers prepared construction documents to include: grading plans, improvement plans and plot plans. Our survey department handled all construction staking, mapping and legal descriptions.
