Jim heads the public works survey division of R.E.Y. Engineers and is responsible for its management and daily operations.
He has extensive knowledge of allfacets of the surveying field as well as an unsurpassed knowledge of GPS technology.
Jim brings more than 23 years of surveying experience including 13 years as Chief of the Northern Region Office of Surveyors
for the Department of Transportation.

Dave has been working at R.E.Y. Engineers since its inception and has more than 14 years experience in the engineering and management of land development projects. His work is concentrated in residential and commercial land development and entails project management, tentative maps, feasibility studies, project design, grading, water and sewer studies, drainage studies, construction drawings and improvement plans. Dave works with private developers, public agencies, construction contractors and sub-consultants in all phases of project development.

Tom is the Field Crew Manager and Project Manager specializing in construction surveying services for R.E.Y. Engineers. His 20 years of experience working with contractors, private developers and public agencies has exposed him to every facet of the surveying field. Tom has worked as the City Surveyor for the City of Lincoln and has been the Project Manager for numerous types of projects including; Heavy Civil Construction, Riparian and Erosion Control, Commercial and Residential. In addition to managing all field crews, Tom is also responsible for client development, preparation of proposals, establishing work plans and project coordination.
